Event Information
- Pre-Registration for all HRAD events will close the day before the first day of the event.
- Payment is due at the time of Registration.
- Refunds given with cancellations processed at least 72 hours prior to the event-minus credit card processing fees. Within 72 hours, refunds will be issued for acceptable reasons, decided on a case-by-case basis by the board of directors. Examples: dogs in heat, injured dog.
- Our events are rain or shine- all weather. For thunderstorms, we will pause until 30 minutes after the lightning stops and then continue the event.
- HRAD Competitive level memberships receive advance registration, before the event opens for everyone.
- You do not need to be a member of Hudson River Air Dogs to register for this event.
- A dog must have completed a minimum of two splashes to be eligible to compete in finals.
- All participants who enter the dock MUST have a signed waiver on file.
- As always, the club will serve hamburgers and hotdogs and soft drinks. Please bring a favorite dish to share for our potluck lunch.
- All splashes are capped at 45 dogs, with a wait list after that.
- Our Pool is located on a working farm: please drive slowly. 5 MPH on site
